Insurance policy during shipment
Insurance covers the total price of the order in the case of loss or damage during the transportation.
The client making the order has the right for complete or partial compensation.

All issues related to transportation, delivery, loss of purchased goods from our website are under the accountability of the transportation companies.

All concerns on the above mentioned issues can only be forwarded to the above mentioned carriers in accordance to with their rules and regulations.

Note that certain shipping methods do not provide insurance for the package.

For each additional $100.00 taken $1.00.

Total price $257.00
The order is insured for the sum of $300.00.
$100.00 of insurance is free. Charged additional $2.00.

Lost or damaged Packages

SiberianWellness.org cannot be held liable for damage to the package during shipment. If damage or loss of package occurs during shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact a postal company office to file a claim. If there are any questions, please email us with any questions or concerns that postal company has in regards to the shipment. We will provide all of the necessary information to postal company within a reasonable timeframe. Requests for lost or damaged packages are accepted within 6 months from the date of the order.

SiberianWellness.org does not provide shipping to the customer.

For shipping the service is purchased from third parties (USPS, UPS, Canada Post, Deutche Post)

From the moment of buying the shipping service from the above mentioned companies all of the responsibility on the customer’s order is passed on to the provider of the shipping service.

We guarantee that all products we sell are brand new, genuine and free of damage. Your order is 100% insured (view our insurance policy), and if it is damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement once your insurance claim is satisfied by the Postal Service. If a mistake is made on behalf of SiberianWellness.org we will correct it at no charge to you using express shipping. Please be 100% sure prior to placing your order as we do not accept returns.
